An overdose is not technically what people think it is. A od simply means that the body overreacts to the drug. Thus, a person may be very sensitive to medication and a small problem causes the therapeutic dose.

A drug is toxic when the two had serious complications. A dose can cause death in humans is not known, but around 150,000 mg is the best (yes, that a real number, is not only on top).

Clonazepam also leads to tolerance of 2 mg may be another even when stopped for one person and severe amnesia.
