Where can you buy a Motorola V3 and then go to a different store to buy a SIM card? - buy sim card
I want to buy a Motorola V3, but the only place we could find when I search is Optus. I think Optus would have locked so that only you can use an Optus SIM card. The problem is, I want to buy from Vodafone, but can not be found on its website.
